CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a reschedule or cancellation, you MUST contact Hannah DIRECTLY. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. If you have to reschedule, it must be done 48 hrs prior to your appointment to have the deposit transferred to your future appointment. Otherwise, you will have to pay another deposit. If you CANCEL and do not rebook, you will NOT get the deposit back. If you no call + no show the day of your appointment, you risk the ability to schedule any appointments in the future at the stylist’s discretion.
